As Sunburn wants you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase; we will happily replace, exchange or refund any garment that you are not 100% happy with as long as it is: received by Sunburn within 30 days of your original order being placed, is not a sale item and is unwashed with all of the garment tags in tact.&lt;/p&gt;

A direct exchange can only be made if the new garment is to the exact value of your original purchase. If you have requested a replacement which is of a different value, your intial payment will be credited back to your credit card and a new order will need to be made back through www.sunburn.com.au&lt;br /&gt;
Sunburn will not charge postage on your first exchange, postage for any additional exchanges will be charged to the customer as per our listed postage rates.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Refunds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within seven business days.&lt;br /&gt;
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.&lt;br /&gt;
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Sunburn.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your postage provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return.&lt;br /&gt;
We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return deliveries.&lt;/p&gt;
