Australia - $9.95 shipping for orders under $100

Orders totalling $99.99 or under will incur a $9.95 shipping charge. Any order placed above $100 will not be charged freight.

As we deliver by registered post, a signature is required on receipt. Therefore, we recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are dependant on your location but are typically 3-5 working days within Australia.

Lost Parcels
Sunburn is able to track your parcel through our carrier services, we will email you a tracking number upon dispatch of your goods.

As we deliver by Express Australia Post, a signature is required on receipt. Therefore, we recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. Duties, GST, VAT or customs charges
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Lost Parcels

RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with an item, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Please include a copy of your original invoice as we will require this to process the refund. Requested exchange items are subject to availability.

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 31 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Seafolly are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

Simply securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a TRACKABLE service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. 

Refunds

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Seafolly.

Replacements/Exchanges


We are more than happy to exchange for another size, colour or item, subject to availability.

...exchange for an item of the same value

Should the item you wish to exchange be of the same value as the original item, please mail back the unwanted item and we will post out an exchange free of charge.

...exchange for an item of a different value

Original payment by Paypal? We will process a full refund and you will need to place a new order for the replacement item. Payment adjustments cannot be made via Paypal.

Original payment by credit card? Any difference due will be charged or refunded to the card used to pay for the original order.
